Founder & Senior PastorEstablished on January 17, 2024, in the heart of Pietermaritzburg, Jacob’s Well Ministries began as a small gathering in the modest setting of 5 Heron Place. This humble beginning was born out of a prophetic vision given to Pastor Neville and his family, igniting a divine calling to serve and build God’s kingdom. As the congregation grew rapidly, the ministry journeyed through various locations, from the Egret Road community hall to Truro Plaza, where it thrived for nearly a decade. During this period, Jacob’s Well became a cornerstone in the Northdale community, fostering international relationships and launching impactful Kingdom initiatives.
Amidst the challenges of COVID-19, Jacob’s Well Ministries embarked on a transformative journey, acquiring land at 92 Delhi Road. Through God’s provision and the support of community members, sponsors like Mi7, and dedicated church laborers, a new sanctuary was built—a testament to faith, unity, and God’s favor.
Today, the church thrives as a beacon of hope, serving all ages through over 12 active departments and fostering worship, discipleship, and community outreach. Partnering with organizations like Pietermaritzburg for Jesus, Jacob’s Well continues to touch lives with love and the Gospel, embracing the future with faith that with God, all things are possible.
